QUALITY AND ENVIRONMENT POLICY

The Management of ALERION TECHNOLOGIES, S.L., recognizes Quality as a strategic factor for the development of its activity and this must be done in a way that respects the Environment. To this end, it establishes a Quality and Environmental Policy and objectives appropriate to the organization, which are reviewed periodically and the management will provide the necessary resources to achieve the objectives. 

Therefore, ALERION TECHNOLOGIES, S.L. whose activity is “Inspection Services with drones and elaboration of Damage Reports”, expressly states its commitment to comply with the requirements of the Integrated Management System whose main objective is the satisfaction of our customer as well as that of the interested parties and continuous improvement. 

To this end:

  • There is a firm commitment to comply with the applicable legal requirements, as well as the requirements demanded by our customers, always remaining attentive to their expectations and being oriented to customer loyalty through flexibility and personalized attention.
  • The effective development of our activity is not only a consequence of the controls, but of a correct planning, execution, and the necessary follow-up and measurement.
  • We promote the necessary improvement actions to achieve the objectives and goals we set, and continuously improve the effectiveness of the Integrated Management System. Failures should be used to learn and eliminate the sources or causes that have generated them.
  • We must carry out our activity in a way that respects the environment, knowing our environmental aspects, their possible impacts and trying to minimize them as much as possible.
  • The proper development of the Integrated Management System implemented requires the collaboration and participation of all interested parties and for this information, communication and training are essential.
  • It is verified annually, at least, that the Integrated Management System, including this Policy, is effective and adequate to our needs.

In addition, for this Quality and Environmental Policy to be effective, the organization ensures that it is communicated and understood by all personnel of the organization. 

At this moment in terms of Quality systems, we are certified with ISO 9001:2015 and we have planned for the 3rd quarter of 2022 the implementation of ISO 14001:2015.

HEALTH AND SAFETY POLICY

The management of ALERION TECHNOLOGIES, S.L., is very aware of the health and safety policy in the company, that is why it is committed to develop its activity providing safe working conditions, in order to prevent any accident or deterioration of the health of its workers. 

To promote this objective, the following principles have been established; 

  • Promote a culture of health and safety at work.
  • To be aware that the safety and health of workers is as important as productivity and excellence in the development of the activity.
  • To provide safe working conditions; to this end, supply the tools, knowledge and PPE necessary for the development of the activities with the greatest possible safety.
  • Promote the wellbeing in the health of workers through annual health surveillance reviews.
  • Facilitate and allow workers to participate in the decision of issues that affect the health and safety of the company.
  • Periodically review the implemented Health and Safety system, in order to adopt measures to improve and update the system.
  • Verify compliance with the applicable legal requirements that affect our activity, in addition to those that help us to adopt best practices.
  • Establish actions that allow us to detect occupational hazards in advance, as well as to protect personnel especially sensitive to certain risks.

The workers of ALERION TECHNOLOGIES, S.L. are aware that health and safety at work is the commitment and work of all, so everyone has the obligation to exercise the Prevention of Occupational Risks in the day to day in order to achieve a safe and healthy work.

The management of ALERION TECHNOLOGIES, S.L. is aware that the welfare of the worker is one of the most important factors to achieve excellence in what we do. This can be summarized in one sentence, ALERION TECHNOLOGIES, S.L. is made by people

The implementation of this policy is the most ambitious initiative that can be taken to achieve employee satisfaction. For this purpose, the following actions have been established;
